Questions

How are pros checked?

Every pro's ID and insurance are checked before they can send a quote. Pros in licensed trades are also checked against the state's license records.

What if something goes wrong with a job?

Report a problem in the app within 72 hours of the job, and a person on our team will look into it. The pro isn't paid while we review it. For anything else, email support@evergrn.co.

Is there a fee?

The price you see when you book includes everything Evergrn charges for the job. If the work changes, you approve any higher price before you're charged. Tips are always up to you, and Premium is optional, never required. Pros keep 100% of what they quote.
